Backwash filter filtration principle:


The liquid flows in from the filter, a part of the liquid flows directly into the filter from the bottom of the filter source, and the other part of the liquid flows from the intermediate stage tube to the top of the filter, and then flows into the top of the filter. Liquid flows in from both the top and bottom of the filter and exits the outlet through the inner surface of the filter. Particulate impurities clog the inner surface of the filter element and accumulate together.


The increase in the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet indicates that the filter element has reached a certain thickness. When the flow rate of the filter element gradually decreases and reaches the set pressure difference or time, the self-cleaning starts, and the geared motor drives the backwash arm to align with a group or group of filters.


The top of the filter is blocked, and the bottom is connected to the cleaning air inlet. Open the backwash valve and connect the filter to the drain. The pressure difference between the outside of the filter and the discharge port will return the filtered liquid, clean the filter on the inner surface of the filter, and discharge the sewage pipe. After the backwash of one or more groups of filters is completed, close the backwash valve and cooperate with the next group/group of filters to backwash.


The backwash filter adopts a stainless steel wedge filter, which has outstanding advantages different from ordinary mesh self-cleaning filters. The surface clearance is uniform, the filtering area is large, and it is fine and reliable. It can filter out impurities with poor water quality such as grease impurities, soft and sticky impurities, high impurity content, and less wool fiber impurities.
