1. What is the difference between a self-cleaning filter and a traditional filter?
Compared with the traditional filter equipment, the self-cleaning filter is a new type of filter equipment.
The self-cleaning filter is a separation filter device that automatically filters and removes particles in the liquid under certain conditions.
Compared with the traditional filter, the self-cleaning filter has the following characteristics: high degree of automation; low pressure loss; no need to manually remove the filter residue. The self-cleaning filter can provide uninterrupted water supply during cleaning.
2. How to select the self-cleaning filter? Which parameters should be clear?
When choosing a self-cleaning filter, you first need to clarify the following parameters
1) Processing flow
It determines the interface pipe diameter according to the flow rate. It is recommended to select the model according to the upper limit of the parameter table.
If the flow rate provided by the user is 160T/H, the flow rate corresponding to the parameter table DN150 is 150T/H, and it is recommended to use the DN200 model. If the accuracy exceeds 200 microns, it is recommended to increase the model when selecting the model. If the user provides the interface pipe diameter, it will be based on the user's standard.
2) The filtering accuracy
It is generally micron, millimeter or mesh, and the corresponding relationship is shown in the table below.
3) The nature of the filter medium
The nature of the filter medium determines the shell material and filter element material. Generally, the shell material is carbon steel Q235, and the filter material is stainless steel 304, 316L.
4) The pressure of the pipeline
The pressure is generally 1.0Mpa, 1.6Mpa, more than the above standards need to increase the price.
