 Two determinants of flow rate:

Filter area (here is simply equivalent to tank size);

Flow rate (generally filtration speed does not exceed 80m/h);

Since the flow rate is mainly related to the filtration area and flow rate, increasing or decreasing any conditions that are not related to these two factors will not cause a change in the flow rate.

So the answer is also no. In the case that the flow rate of the water cap remains unchanged, the filter flow cannot be increased by increasing the water cap.

In the last issue, I talked about two problems caused by increasing the filtration rate; in order to ensure the filtration effect, generally the flow rate cannot be changed; then there is only one way to increase the flow rate of the sand filter: that is to increase the filtration area (tank Body size).
