Irrigation Disc Filter Features:
Filtration: filter discs with different precisions can be selected according to the water requirements, with various specifications such as 20 microns, 55 microns, 100 microns, 130 microns, 200 microns, and 400 microns.
Backwashing: Because the filter pores are opened during backwashing, and the centrifugal jet is added for cleaning. Each filter unit backwash process takes 10 to 20 seconds to complete.
Fully automatic operation, continuous water discharge: time and differential pressure control backwash start. Within the filter system, backwashing is performed in sequence between the individual filter units and workstations. Automatic switching between working and backwashing states, continuous water output, low system pressure loss, and filtration and backwashing effects will not deteriorate due to use time.
Modular design: users can choose the number of filter units in parallel as needed, flexible and variable, and strong interchangeability. The corner space on site can be flexibly used, and the installation takes up less space according to local conditions.
Simple maintenance: almost no routine maintenance, no tools required for inspection, and few removable parts.

Full filtration or side filtration of circulating water in cooling towers: It can solve the problem of clogging of circulating water, reduce energy consumption, reduce the dosage of chemicals, prevent failures and reduce system maintenance costs.
Reclaimed water reuse and sewage pretreatment: save the total amount of water, use water quality, and reduce or avoid environmental pollution caused by direct sewage discharge.
