Cooling Water Introduction
Cooling Water It is a major water use item in industrial water, and its consumption accounts for 50-90% of the total water consumption of enterprises.
Due to the restriction of the concentration ratio, a certain amount of concentrated water must be discharged and a certain amount of new water must be replenished during operation. Control the salt content, PH value, organic matter concentration and suspended matter content in the cooling water within a reasonable allowable range.
Scale adhesion
Water continues to evaporate, dissolved salts in the water continue to be concentrated, and salinity continues to increase
Equipment corrosion
Oxygen in the air easily dissolves in water, causing corrosion.
Microbial growth and slime
ooling towers and cooling pools are exposed to sunlight, wind and rain outdoors, and a large amount of dust and impurities are brought into the water, resulting in the increase of sludge and suspended solids.
Cooling Water Treatment Technology
1.Removal of suspended solids: add a side filter device, the flow rate of the side filtration is generally 3%-5% of the circulating water volume.
2. Scale control: softening and desalting or adding scale inhibitor.
3. Corrosion control: increase the scale inhibitor to form a thin film on the metal surface to isolate the metal medium and prevent metal corrosion.
4.Controlling microorganisms: adding biocides
Application of Cooling Water Bypass Filter
Bypass filtration is to draw out a part of the circulating water to filter on the total circulation pipeline. It is repeatedly intercepted by the automatic backwash media filter to filter the impurities in the system.
It can prevent the sludge blockage of the end pipeline in the system, and cooperate with the dosing treatment to effectively remove the impurities and suspended solids in the system.
