 Cooling Water Treatment Technology 

1.Removal of suspended solids: add a side filter device, the flow rate of the side filtration is generally 3%-5% of the circulating water volume.

2. Scale control: softening and desalting or adding scale inhibitor.

3. Corrosion control: increase the scale inhibitor to form a thin film on the metal surface to isolate the metal medium and prevent metal corrosion.

4.Controlling microorganisms: adding biocides

 Application of Cooling Water Bypass Filter 

Bypass filtration is to draw out a part of the circulating water to filter on the total circulation pipeline. It is repeatedly intercepted by the automatic backwash media filter to filter the impurities in the system.

 It can prevent the sludge blockage of the end pipeline in the system, and cooperate with the dosing treatment to effectively remove the impurities and suspended solids in the system.
