This system splits into anodes and cathodes. Under DC power, a strong alkaline area forms near the cathode, causing scale-forming ions like calcium and magnesium to deposit on the cathode, which are periodically cleaned out. The anode generates strong oxidants like hydroxyl radicals, O3 , hypochlorous acid, and chlorine dioxide, killing bacteria and algae, and purifying water pollutants.
Circulating water is pumped to the electrochemical treatment system. Anodes generate strong oxidants like O3
and hydroxyl radicals,killing bacteria and algae, and oxidizing organics. Cathodes create an alkaline
environment, precipitating ions like Ca2+and Mg2+as scale.
The system automatically or manually initiates the scraping process based on voltage or runtime. Scraped scale
is concentrated, dehydrated, and disposed of as solid waste.
