DLZ series semi-automatic backwash filter consists of filter body, screen, wrench, backwash sets, manual drain valve.
The plane of the valve plate is parallel to the axis of the cylinder (The wrench is parallel to the cylinder ) and the drain valve is closed. At this time, the water flow directly enters the inside of the filter cylinder from the inlet, through the filter screen, and is discharged from the outlet.
2.Back washing state
The plane of the valve plate is perpendicular to the axis of the cylinder(The wrench rotates 90 degrees perpendicular to the cylinder), and the drain valve is opened. At this time, the water flows from the inlet into the front end of the filter cylinder, and the water flow is blocked by the valve plate, and can only enter the outside of the filter cartridge from the front end mesh, and most of it flows out from the outlet.
