Process

Circulating water is pumped to the electrochemical treatment system. Anodes generate strong oxidants like O3

and hydroxyl radicals, killing bacteria  and algae, and oxidizing organics. Cathodes create an alkaline

environment, precipitating ions like Ca2+and Mg2+as scale.

The system automatically or manually initiates the scraping process based on voltage or runtime. Scraped scale

is concentrated, dehydrated, and disposed of as solid waste.
